General Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure payment platform:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Bank Transfers: SEPA (Europe), ACH (US)
  • Local Methods: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), and more
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What is Vigthoria Pay?
Vigthoria Pay is our centralized payment platform that handles all transactions across the Vigthoria ecosystem. It powers:
  • Subscription payments for Vigthoria products
  • B2C AI Assistant activations
  • Affiliate commission payouts
  • Donation campaigns for Vigtherius charity projects

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe as our payment processor, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of security certification. Your payment details are never stored on our servers; they're handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
  • Log in to your account dashboard
  • Go to "Billing" or "Subscription" section
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll:
  • Send you an email notification immediately
  • Retry the payment after 3 days, then after 7 days
  • Give you a 14-day grace period to update your payment method
Your service remains active during the grace period. Update your payment method in your account settings to avoid interruption.

B2C AI Assistants

How do I pay for an AI Assistant activation?
When a partner provides you with an AI Assistant, you'll receive a payment link. Click the link, enter your payment details, and your assistant will be activated instantly after payment confirmation.
I'm a partner - how do I get paid for my AI Assistants?
As a B2C Hub partner:
  • You receive 80% of each payment from your clients
  • Vigthoria takes a 20% platform fee
  • Revenue is automatically deposited to your connected Stripe account
  • Track your earnings in the B2C Hub dashboard
You need a Stripe Connect account to receive payouts. Set this up in your B2C Hub billing settings.
Why isn't my AI Assistant working after payment?
In most cases, activation is instant. If you're experiencing issues:
  • Wait 1-2 minutes for the system to process
  • Refresh the page or restart the chat
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Contact your partner who set up the assistant

Affiliate Program

How much can I earn as an affiliate?
Our affiliate program offers generous commissions:
  • 30% on first-time purchases
  • 20% on all recurring payments
  • Cookie duration: 30 days
For example, if you refer someone who subscribes at €99/month, you earn €29.70 on the first month and €19.80 every month they remain subscribed.
How do I get my affiliate payouts?
Payouts are processed through Vigthoria Pay:
  • Minimum payout: €50
  • Request payouts in your affiliate dashboard
  • Payouts are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Receive funds via bank transfer or PayPal

Refunds & Disputes

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Note: Custom development work and already-delivered services may not be eligible for refunds.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
