1. License Models

Vigthoria.io offers various license models to meet the different needs of our users:

1.1 End User License

The End User License is designed for individual users who want to use our products for personal or professional purposes. This license grants a named user the right to use the software on one or more devices.

1.2 Enterprise License

The Enterprise License is intended for organizations with multiple users. This license is based on the number of named users or the number of devices, depending on the product.

1.3 Site License

The Site License allows unlimited use within a specific location or organization, without restrictions on the number of users or devices.

1.4 Open Source Components

Some components of Vigthoria.io products are based on open source software and are provided under the corresponding open source licenses. Details about the open source components used and their licenses can be found in the "Open Source Licenses" section below.

2. License Duration and Renewal

Our licenses are offered in the following periods:

• Monthly License: Valid for 30 days with automatic renewal
• Annual License: Valid for 12 months with 16% discount compared to monthly license
• Perpetual License: Available for certain products, includes maintenance updates for a specified period

Renewal occurs automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Information about cancellation can be found in our Terms of Service.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

By purchasing a license for Vigthoria.io products, you receive the following rights:

• Installation and use of the software according to your purchased license model
• Access to updates and new versions during the license period
• Technical support according to your license package

Restrictions:

• You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• You may not remove or modify copyright notices or other proprietary notices
• Use of the software must comply with our Terms of Service

4. Product-Specific License Information

4.1 Vigthoria Operator

The license for Vigthoria Operator is user-based and allows the use of all included features and modules. Premium features may require additional license fees.

4.2 Vigthoria Coder

The license for Vigthoria Coder is device-based and allows installation on up to three devices per licensed user. All generated code properties belong to the licensee.

4.3 Vigthoria LLM Chat

The license for Vigthoria LLM Chat is based on the number of requests and access to specific models. Different plans offer different request quotas.

4.4 Vigthoria App

The Vigthoria App itself is free, but access to certain content and features may require a valid license for the corresponding products.

5. Open Source Licenses

Vigthoria.io products include third-party software under various open source licenses, including but not limited to:

• MIT License
• Apache License 2.0
• GNU General Public License (GPL)
• BSD License

6. Activation and License Transfer

License activation occurs automatically after purchase through your Vigthoria account.

License transfers to another user are possible but require prior written approval from Vigthoria. Please contact our support to request a license transfer.
